Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fine art and made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@seedavis.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color variations between on-screen viewing and the final printed artwork

Colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen due to lighting conditions and display differences.

Print samples are available upon request for customers who would like to review color and print quality before placing an order.

Each artwork is carefully produced, color-checked, and inspected for quality before packaging and shipment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the claim is reviewed and accepted. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If an order was purchased as a gift, approved refunds may be issued as store credit or a digital gift card, rather than to the original payment method.
